A large Victorian self-catering house right in the heart of central Matlock with accommodation over 4 floors and sleeping upto 12 people in 6 bedrooms -- with 4 bedrooms having ensuites.

Extensively renovated in 2009 to provide spacious,comfortable accommodation with many period features.

Prices 2012 Weeks start from Frid  ay to Friday. Short breaks of minimum of 3 days available from Friday or mid-week bookings from Monday of 4 nights available. We try to be flexible and accommodate all booking requests.

Shaker style large kitchen/diner fully equipped with large smeg fridge/freezer, microwave, double oven, hob, dishwasher,washing-machine/drier and fully equipped as a home away from home.

Ground floor bedroom with two zip and link single beds and ensuite with shower and toilet.

Access to the secure enclosed garden with storage for bicycles,outside seating, barbecue and hot tub.

Stairs down to the cellar with drying room for all those clothes after a wet walk.

Games room also in cellar with sauna , table football, pool/ table tennis table and old fashioned table top skittles.

FIRST FLOOR
Large family bathroom with separate toilet and victorian style roll top bath to soak after those long walks in the Peak District.

Master bedroom with large king-sized bed and ensuite with walk-in shower , toilet and handbasin.

Double bedroom with further ensuite with shower handbasin and toilet.

Further bedroom with 2 single beds with one having a trundle facility to make the possibility of a further bed
