Bruern holiday cottages have been beautifully converted to retain the rural charm of Cotswolds architecture, while delivering the characterful luxury of a much-loved family home.

Newmarket Cottage is one of the grandest of the cottages. Consisting of 2 doubles and 2 twins, with all four bedrooms having ensuite showers or bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and has an en-suite shower room that is wheelchair friendly.

The kitchen/dining room boasts ultra modern technology, an American style fridge freezer and a range cooker with 2 ovens and 6 burners and a Belfast sink. The dining area has a cotswold stone floor with an old pine topped refectory table and white painted Gustavian chairs. There is an elegant drawing room which leads to a large terrace and a walled garden beyond.

Upstairs is a twin room with bathroom ensuite. Another twin room, with an ensuite shower. The master bedroom has a mahogany, four-poster bed and a big ensuite bathroom with a marble topped wash stand.

At Bruern there's a lot for the energetic as well, including croquet, tennis and the new heated indoor 40ft by 20ft swimming pool, gym and spa and in the games room pool, table tennis, table football and darts.
